OKF

The Open Knowledge Foundation is a community-focused NGO started in Cambridge in 2004 which promotes public knowledge and open data projects that deliver far-reaching societal benefits. The term ‘open knowledge’ refers to any piece of content, information or data that people are free to use, re-use and redistribute without any legal, technological or social restriction. We aim to help others develop open material as well as creating it ourselves.
